Transforming companies involves changing their organizational and legal form, which preserves the identity of the rights and obligations of the transformed entity. The change of a company’s legal form can be conducted in the following two ways:
- S24 online mode.
- traditional mode, which takes place in the following four stages:
- drawing up a conversion plan,
- the examination of the conversion plan by an expert auditor,
- making a statement of conversion and of the memorandum of association,
- registration of the transformed company.
The entire process will, therefore, require both a notary and an auditor (of course, if necessary, we will deal with the preparation of comprehensive services and coordinate all activities).
The time of the entire project under s24 mode takes 2 days and in a traditional mode about 2 months (a number of factors must be taken into consideration, including cooperation with an accountant, an auditor, a notary or the speed of the District Court, which deals with an entry into the National Court Register). After the company’s registration in the National Court Register, an automatic deletion of the entrepreneur from CEIDG (Central Registration and Information on Business) takes place.
